With more than 400 ad networks out there, it has become increasingly challenging to know precisely where your customers’ ads are being served. Ad networks frequently syndicate inventory to one another and create a daisy chain of redirects before an ad is actually served to an end user. As a result, traffic quality has deteriorated. Ad networks no longer have visibility into which sites serve the ad and instead, rely on account numbers or labels generated by their partners to distinguish their traffic sources.
